Syndicates & Owners

Racehorse owners at the rail in matching embroidered navy gilets

Your members own a leg of a racehorse. What they actually get to hold on to, most weeks, is the kit.

What we make for syndicates

Member kit in your registered colours: gilets, midlayers, polos, caps and scarves. Raceday pieces for the owners' enclosure. Boxed welcome gifts for new members. Saddlecloths and paddock sheets for the horse itself.

We can also run a private store for your syndicate, so members order and pay for their own kit directly and you never handle stock, sizes or money. You send a link; we do the rest.

What it costs

A first syndicate order usually runs from £400 to £2,500 excluding VAT depending on member numbers and what you include in a welcome package. Private stores are quoted separately and cost you nothing to set up.

The one fixed price is the Mark, your one-off commission, at £150 to £350.

Lead times and minimums

No minimum order, which matters when members join one at a time. A private store means a new member can order a week after joining without you placing a bulk order for people who have not signed up yet.

Ten working days for the Mark, fifteen to twenty for kit.

Racing colours in thread

Registered colours are defined for silks, not for embroidery. Hoops, chevrons, stars and halved designs all need redrawing before they will read correctly on a chest panel at two inches wide. This is the part we take seriously and almost nobody else does.

We redraw your colours for thread, proof them at every size, and stitch a physical sample before anything goes into production. See the Mark.
