Branch kit, team kit and yard kit for Pony Club branches, riding clubs, NSEA teams, riding schools and livery yards.
Same workshop, same thread, same care over the artwork as everything else we make. What changes is how the ordering works, because a club is twenty families rather than one person with a budget.
The problem with club kit
Someone volunteers to organise it. They collect sizes on a spreadsheet, chase payments, place one big order, guess on two of them, and end up with a spare medium in their garage until next season. The following year nobody volunteers.
We run it differently. You get a private ordering page for your branch, club or school. Members order their own kit in their own size and pay for it themselves. You never handle stock, sizes, money or returns.
Nothing to set up and nothing to pay for. We just need your logo and your colours.
What we make
- Branch and team kit — gilets, quarter-zips, hoodies, polos, caps and beanies
- Show and competition kit for teams
- Personalised saddle pads, fly veils and rugs in your colours
- Instructor and staff kit for riding schools and liveries
- Name personalisation alongside the club mark, which is what members actually want
What it costs
Member kit generally sits between £30 and £75 a piece depending on the garment, with the club paying nothing. Saddle pads and horse kit from £35.
If you would rather place a single order and handle it yourself, we quote that too, and there is no minimum.
Your logo, drawn properly
Most club logos were designed for a letterhead or a website and have never been tested in thread. Thin lines disappear, small text fills in, and a crest that looks sharp on screen turns to mud on a cap front.
We redraw it for embroidery, show you a proof at every size it will appear, and stitch a physical sample before anything goes into production. One commission, then every order after uses the same file at no further charge. How we draw a mark.
Lead times
Ten working days to draw your mark, then fifteen to twenty working days for kit. Private ordering pages run continuously once they are open, so a new member in March does not wait for next season.
Get your branch sorted before the season rather than during it — January and February are the quiet months here and the fastest turnarounds.
